Radio Workflow Academy is run by Workflow Corporation, the maker of Radio Workflow.

What we store: your name, email address and a hashed password; the team you belong to; your quiz attempts, completed modules and certificates.

Who sees it:you; the managers of the team you joined (your progress and certificates); and Workflow Corporation. A certificate’s verify link shows your name, the track and its dates to anyone who has the link.

Email: we send invitations, password resets, and a reminder when a certificate needs a refresh or is about to expire. Nothing else.

Leaving a team keeps your account and certificates. To delete your account, contact Radio Workflow support.
